Steve is the Managing Director of WhiteKnight Capital Advisors. Steve's primary focus is on helping business owners and entrepreneurs obtain business financing. He also advises and leads engagements that center on strategic planning, organizational design and managerial support services for middle-market companies, including operational, administrative and finance functions. In addition, Steve has substantial experience as an executive and a board member, working and negotiating with boards of directors in the private and public sectors.
Prior to founding WhiteKnight Solutions, which grew into WhiteKnight Capital Advisors, Steve was a founder and President/CEO of Pointe Federal Savings and Loan in Boca Raton, Florida. He was also a partner in American Land Management Group, a private investment firm, and held senior management roles with Southeast Bank and Royal Trust Corporation. Steve also was an economist with Salomon Brothers in New York. In addition to assisting private sector companies, he has served as a consultant to the School Board of Palm Beach County, managing its capital plan and overseeing a reorganization of its maintenance department. He is active in various South Florida community activities.
Steve holds a Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Business, New York University, and an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
