Rita is an Advisor for WhiteKnight Capital Advisors. With a history of leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Office and President, she provides strategic operational models and implements enhanced infrastructure solutions for start-up and middle-market companies in a variety of industries, with a primary focus on healthcare.

Rita offers a wealth of expertise in information technology solutions, infrastructure due diligence and performance metric evaluation, and has extensive experience in developing and streamlining internal processes. Her 26 years of experience in integration, management and operations enable her to provide the highest quality consulting services to owners and executives seeking enhanced productivity and efficiency.

Rita obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Presbyterian College and completed graduate studies, summa cum laude, at Converse College. She is a past alumni of the Center for Creative Leadership and has served in member and/or board of director capacities with the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP), the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and the National Council of Self-Insurers (NCSI). Rita currently serves as a Director for Delray Investment Partners, LLC, a small private equity fund focused on investment opportunities in the lower middle market business environment.
